Kent Estates is located southwest of Berthoud and west of Highway 287 on Meining Road. Building in Kent Estates was started in the mid seventies with a majority of building completed by the early eighties. Homes in Kent Estates reside on four to five acre lots. Further east on East 1st Street is the new Loveland Sports Park across from Mountain View High School. At the Eisenhower Boulevard (Highway 34) - interstate 25 interchange is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, Budweiser Events Center & The Ranch, Market Place at Centerra and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Schools are Berthoud Elementary School, Turner Middle School and Berthoud High School.
